About FreeCertFinder

FreeCertFinder started in 2026 from a simple frustration: searching for “free certificate” courses mostly turns up pages where the course is free but the certificate costs money, or lists that were last updated years ago.

So this is a small, independent list kept the slow way. Every course is read on the provider’s own site, the cost of the credential is checked, and each card carries the date it was last verified. When only the learning is free, we say so plainly.

Today the list covers 171 courses from 48 providers. It’s deliberately not huge: the goal is a list you can trust rather than one that is merely long.

How the site is funded

The site is free to use. In future it may carry one clearly labeled sponsor slot per page and affiliate links to paid options (for example, a paid certificate track). Those will always be disclosed, and no one can pay to be listed or to change a listing.

Not affiliated

FreeCertFinder is not affiliated with or endorsed by any provider listed. Logos are used only to identify each provider and belong to their owners.
